Ancestral eating is eating real, unprocessed food that is prepared in a way our ancestors would have prepared it. There are no vegetable oils, refined sugars, highly processed dairy or un-pastured animal products in this plan. You will feast on real food: pasture-raised meat; wild-caught fish; full-fat, raw dairy; dehydrated nuts; an array of seasonal fruits and vegetables; and soured or soaked grains and beans.
This meal plan is designed for two people, though there may be leftovers. Any leftovers can be eaten the next day or frozen for a future meal. The Ancestral Meal Plan is set up in a way to help you flow through your meal prep. The guesswork is taken out by instructing you when to soak your grains and beans and how to plan for success.
