Powered Up Meal Replacement Coffee

A delicious, creamy coffee blended with healthy fats and collagen. Keto and paleo!

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz. strong coffee
  • 1 tablespoon unrefined coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon ghee preferably grass fed
  • 12 grams collagen peptides preferably grass fed, also called collagen hydrolysate

Equipment

  • Blender or immersion blender

Method
 

  1. Brew 12 oz. of strong coffee. I measure 25 grams of coffee and 350 grams of water using a pour over method.
  2. Pour coffee into a blender or an immersion blender container. Measure out and add coconut oil, ghee and collagen.
  3. Blend until fully mixed and frothy.
