- Place the short ribs in the 9 x 13 casserole dish. Mix together all remaining ingredients in a bowl, then slather thinly over the ribs. Don't worry if you run out of marinade, just do your best to spread it as evenly as possible.
- Cover ribs with silicon cover or aluminum foil and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
- Turn on oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook ribs for 3-4 hours until meat is falling off the bone. Serve with white rice and vegetable.
