I love the combination of avocado, blue cheese, and walnuts on thick-cut sourdough bread. A sprinkle of flaky sea salt and crushed red pepper finishes it off.

  1. Toast bread. Slice avocado and place on top of toast. Evenly sprinkle walnuts and blue cheese over top. Finish with flaky salt, crushed red pepper, and optional extra virgin olive oil.
