- Heat large skillet over medium high heat. If your beef is very lean, add 1-2 teaspoons fat. Otherwise, cook beef for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally to brown evenly. Set aside.
- Meanwhile, in a separate skillet, cook bacon over medium high heat, about 1-2 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
- Shred or finely slice lettuce. Arrange on plates, topping with sliced pickles, beef, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon. Drizzle mustard on top.
