Powered Up Meal Replacement Coffee

A delicious, creamy coffee blended with healthy fats and collagen. Keto and paleo!
Prep Time 10 minutes mins
- 12 oz. strong coffee
- 1 tablespoon unrefined coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon ghee preferably grass fed
- 12 grams collagen peptides preferably grass fed, also called collagen hydrolysate
Brew 12 oz. of strong coffee. I measure 25 grams of coffee and 350 grams of water using a pour over method.
Pour coffee into a blender or an immersion blender container. Measure out and add coconut oil, ghee and collagen.
Blend until fully mixed and frothy.
