Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Cook beef over medium high heat, adding no extra seasonings or fat. Remove beef from pan and place on paper towels, blotting the top with another paper towel. Continue cooking in oven, stirring every 30 minutes or so, for about three hours until beef is completely dry and crisp. Let cool. Alternatively, you can use a food dehydrator to cook the beef.
Prepare in a separate container the dried fruit, coconut flakes, coconut butter, macadamia nuts, and optional cinnamon. When dehydrated beef is completely cool, add to container, cover, and give it a shake. Store in the fridge for up to two weeks. Serve with yogurt and raw honey, or eat as a snack.
