Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup kefir, coconut milk, or yogurt If the yogurt is very thick, use 1/2 cup yogurt and 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 2 scoops chocolate whey protein powder or enough to equal 20 g of protein
  • 2 tbsp peanut or almond butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in blender, blend, and enjoy.
